Concentrated fresh fig fruit is added to create a rich jam like balsamic vinegar. Drizzle over fresh fruits or vegetables. This dark balsamic pairs will with pork and lamb and when mixed with the Blood Orange EVOO makes a wonderful salad dressing, it also pairs well with Blue Cheeses, Brie, chocolate and pine nuts.
All balsamic vinegars are made with California grapes and are aged for an average of four years.
Ingredients: balsamic Vinegar with Fig
6% acid-contains natural sulfites
375 ML Dark Green Glass Bottle, cork cap, safety seal Product of USA
The Perfect Vinaigrette recipe
1/4 cup of your favorite Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 cup of your favorite Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(if using a flavored oil such as Rosemary, Lemon, Blood Orange or Lime use only 1/4
cup and use 1/2 cup regular EVOO)
Pinch of Sea Salt and a pinch of pepper
1-2 teaspoons of Pure Honey or Brown Sugar (more if desired)
Whisk together and serve over your favorite greens. Can be stored in the refrigerator for several weeks. Whisk again before serving
