Light sweet balsamic vinegar is mixed with concentrated peach. This crisp clean and fruity vinegar pairs well with poultry and pork. Drizzle over grilled peaches or fresh fruits. Peach balsamic makes a wonderful reduction when heated over low heat for 20-30 minutes or until it coats a spoon. Drizzle over baked fruit crisps or baked brie. This rich balsamic pairs nicely with the Mission EVOO for a vinaigrette salad dressing.
All balsamic vinegars are made with California grapes and are aged for an average of four years.

The Perfect Vinaigrette recipe
1/4 cup of your favorite Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 cup of your favorite Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(if using a flavored oil such as Rosemary, Lemon, Blood Orange or Lime use only 1/4
cup and use 1/2 cup regular EVOO)
Pinch of Sea Salt and a pinch of pepper
1-2 teaspoons of Pure Honey or Brown Sugar (more if desired)
Whisk together and serve over your favorite greens. Can be stored in the refrigerator for several weeks. Whisk again before serving
