This light balsamic is a sweet rich syrupy honey balsamic with a fruity aroma and just the perfect bite. Great on salads, roasted vegetables, fish, poultry, roasted meats and sweet and sour dishes or drizzle over fresh goat cheese. Honey balsamic pairs well with any of The Gourmet Farm Girl infused extra virgin olive oils. Reduce for a thicker balsamic by heating over low heat for 20-30 minutes or until it coats a spoon, drizzle over breads, cakes or ice-cream.
All balsamic vinegars are made with California grapes and are aged for an average of four years.

The Perfect Vinaigrette recipe
1/4 cup of your favorite Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 cup of your favorite Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(if using a flavored oil such as Rosemary, Lemon, Blood Orange or Lime use only 1/4
cup and use 1/2 cup regular EVOO)
Pinch of Sea Salt and a pinch of pepper
1-2 teaspoons of Pure Honey or Brown Sugar (more if desired)
Whisk together and serve over your favorite greens. Can be stored in the refrigerator for several weeks. Whisk again before serving
