 He didn’t seem to mind being photographed… 

I was a bit worried though…

Georgie was waking up from his nap…

and could end the moment very quickly!

It’s here…finally, The Gourmet Farm Girl Seafood Seasoning Blend.
This combination is delish on just about every kind of seafood. It has all the special and unique flavors know to be exceptional on seafood along with a few secret ingredients…not really it’s listed on the label.

The following recipe is easy to make and full of  these special flavors…not to mention good for you too!
Pan Baked Haddock
by The Gourmet Farm Girl

 
 
1- 1 1/2 pounds fresh haddock
3-4 Tablespoons butter
1/2 Tablespoon of The Gourmet Farm Girl Seafood Seasoning
 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
 
Rince fish under cold water and pat dry; sprinkle with seasoning and place in a cast iron skillet sprayed with cooking oil  (baking dish works also) Place the tablespoons of butter on top of the fish fillets.
 
Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes; switch oven to broil and brown fish slightly for 1-2 minutes; fish should be flakey and moist.
 
Serves 2-3
Double if serving more
